EV8 On MS Cluster

Hi everybody,

I'm installing EV 8 on a 2 nodes cluster. The installation and configuration worked but 2 services don't run:
EVTaskcontroller and EVStorage Services.
Do you have any idea?

Do you have any events in the EV App log?

What about if you fail it over to the other node, do they run then?

Emmanuel,

First, check your dependancies and make sure they're set up properly. Next, check the permissions and group memberships of the VSA. Running the deployment scanner again at this point would be a good idea too.

Then I would re-apply the VSA credentials, take the active cluster down and try to bring it back up, one resource at a time.

If that doesn't work, I'd DTRACE the 2 services in question and see what that reveals.

If none of that helps, you may want to call support and get them to take a look at the DTRACE logs for you.
