EVDeleteArchiveFolders troubles: EventID 13360 followed by 6651

Hi!

Ever since I've upgraded an install from 7.0SP2 to 7.5SP5 to 8.0.3, I am seeing some weird events in the eventlog. The end-users do not seem to experience any trouble, but this does raise some eyebrows.

Basically, just about any time of day, an event 13360 will raise, followed by 6651:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Enterprise Vault
Event Category: Storage Delete
Event ID: 13360
Date:  23-02-2010
Time:  15:34:33
User:  N/A
Computer: MYBOX
Description:
An error was detected while accessing the Vault Database 'EVMbxVault1' (Internal reference: .\ADODataAccess.cpp (CADODataAccess::ExecuteSQLCommand) [lines {...,1392,1407,1455,1456,1459,1463,1464,1468,1469,1472,1473,1475}] built Nov  2 19:40:47 2009):

Description:

SQL State:    42000
Native Error: 00008624
HRESULT  0x80040e21

Followed by:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Enterprise Vault
Event Category: Storage Delete
Event ID: 6651
Date:  23-02-2010
Time:  15:34:33
User:  N/A
Computer: MYBOX
Description:
Storage Deletion Server has failed
Reason:  <0x80040e21>

Anyone seen anything like it? I am now in the process of checking integrity with evsvr, before opening a case ... if anyone has seen anything like it, would help a lot!

Been having the same errors with 8 sp 2.

Have you noticed a drop in performance?

Ah, yes, I see.

It's 2000, I guess that explains a lot :)

I'm been having the same problem for months and going nowhere with Symantec Support....
Does this mean that Enterprise Vault 8.x does not support SQL 2000, and if so it should be removed from the Certification Charts and add it in the deployment scanner.
