Hi,
EV11.0.2 CHF2 with EV Service account restore the selected item to incorrect mailbox all the time by EVS.
Condition:
> Open IE with EV service account and the EV search link
> select user1's email from user1's inbox within EVS interface (IE) by EV service account
> Highlight and click restore to the original location, then it restored the item to user2's mailbox
It happens to any selected mailboxes, it will restore to user2.
Please advise.

In EVS, at the top right corner click on preferences icon. In the User Preferences window navigate
to the Exchange Account tab and enter the mailbox name where you intend to restore the items.

Hi AmolB,
May I know why EVservice account is not able to restore the item back to user?
As I checked the EVService account already has Full Access Exchange right for the system mailbox account and the targeted account.
What is this function for? I find that this function is not available for EV 11.0

Hello Tony
Items will be restored to the mailbox which is specified in the Exchange Account tab provided the logged in user has full access to the mailbox.
This functionality is there since EV11.0
