EVault Restore error Starting Storage Service. Need Helo

Hello togheter,

After Failed Evault Server i have Problem to start the Storage Service. customer deletes some RegistryKeys.
Import from Backup sucessfull but After Start he stops

and in Eventlog i Found: Vault Store database patch removal failed. /  Reason: Operation blocked by installer

Any Idea?

Sounds urgent, you should probably call support
Other than that, i have literally no idea what you are talking about, don't suppose you have any screenshots or dtrace from storage service?

i've never seen the error "Operation blocked by installer" before. have you opened a case with support?
