We have SCOM monitoring enabled for all EV servers and keep getting this alert:

Check the privileges on the account that launched the process. 

I have for information on EVMonitoring but wasnt able to find much.

Is the EVMonitoring a DCOM process? Is this running on the SCOM server?

Hi,

The EVMonitoring.exe process runs on the EV server and it's responsible for Vault Cache operations along with the MigratorServer.exe process.

A Dtrace on EVMonitoring.exe, MigratorServer.exe and w3wp.exe should give you more insights into the issue.
