Employees from AD are not synchronizing with EV Accelerator Service

EV Folks,

I have a client that is having an issue with not being able to import employees from Active Directory to EV 9.0.  Her are a couple of lines from the app log and the event log:

10/26/2010 7:30:54 PM EV Accelerator Service Error None 35 N/A USHOUCA01 APP AT - Customer ID: 2 - An error occured while synchronising employee details for 'CORP\phifee'. System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.tblAddressUser' with unique index 'IX_tblAddressUser_EmployeeID'.

   at KVS.Accelerator.ActiveDirectory.Profile.UpdateDS(SyncProfileDS ds)

   at KVS.Accelerator.Server.CentralProfileSynchroniser.SynchroniseEmployeeProfile(SyncProfileDS profileDS)
10/26/2010 6:57:47 PM Accelerator AD Synchronizer  Warning None 27 N/A USHOUCA01 APP AT - Customer ID: 2 - Could not find CORP\kkaminsk, the user may have been deleted. System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80072116): Name translation: Could not find the name or insufficient right to see name. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80072116)

   at ActiveDs.NameTranslateClass.Set(Int32 lnSetType, String bstrADsPath)

   at KVS.Accelerator.Common.ADConnection.GetEntry(String principalLogin, String guid, String& modifiedLogin)

   at KVS.Accelerator.ActiveDirectory.ADProfileSynchroniser.SynchroniseADEmployeeProfile(ProfileRow profileRow, StringCollection& allEmailAddresses, StringCollection& allDisplayNameAddresses, PropertyCollection& ADUserProps, String& ADSyncError)

All of these users exist in AD, but every one of the employees are not synchronizing.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
