I'm still havgin problems installing the Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 addin for Outlook 2013 on an Office365 ProPlus Subsciption on a machine running Windows 8.1.
I've ran through the following article numerous times, with no luck at all.
Has anyone else had a similar problem and found a way around it?
As with previous (solved) issues, it appears as an add-in in Outlook, but as 'inactive'.
The issue in the TECH note would have prevented the installer completing sucessfully - it would have rolled back out of the install.
As you have the add-in listed in Outlook this is likley to be a different problem.
I assume that you have tried to re-enable the EV add-in using the "Manage: COM Add-ins" Go button in the Outlook Add-ins options dialog?
I have the same problem 10.0.0.4 CHF3 Outlook add-in installed but is inactive in Outlook. Cannot be started. Error in eventlog (in Norwegian I'm afraid...):
