Enterprise Vault 10 and FSA

Hello,

As I am trying to learn EV 10, I am facing al small problem.

Archiving files is working without any problem.

BUT, trying to find an archived file based on the author doesn't works quite well.

I always get: No archived items match the search query.

Searching on content is OK, no problem at all. But searching on the author of the file, not :-s

Can someone tell me how to fix this and what I did wrong?

Thanks

Ollie

PS: does this also works with graphicals files like, jpeg and tiff?

I would like to know more :-)

Thx

PS: What attribute I could use to find my file back? Is there a list of attributes I could add in EV?

I agree with Alex that the

I agree with Alex that the Author search is specifically designed to search emails or email attachments and it is not for FSA.

I think it's best to log a case with Symc tech support and see what they can do for you...also you probably need to add this 'feature' to the enhancement  request website.

And if I modify the Custom Properties.xml like in http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO37041#id-SF390544633

Would I be able to do so? Are they some limitations?

Let me know.
