Enterprise Vault 7.0 SP2 - Could not show item

Hi,
 
I'm experiencing trouble with Vault when a user try to open a mail.
 
Every others mail open fine, there's only one mail that failed.
 
There's nothing in Vault logs.
 
Could you help me ? Thanx

You need to run a client trace and find out what there error is through that.
 
How to perform a client trace for Enterprise Vault within Outlook
 
Unless you are getting an specific error in the Event logs on the EV Server?

I generated the trace but i am unable to find errors, is there any specifics error ID regarding my problem ?
 
I see a lot of 3336 ID.

Can you paste the whol log file here?  You can rename Servernames and usernames if you so desire.

Here's a little that may help.
1. Check users are able to reach main domain kvs is in.  ping the kvs server and the main domain.
2. Make sure kvs client in outlook is installed and rebooted afterward.
3. CTRL-SHIFT on the EV Buttons will allow you to trace client errors.
4. If using windows 2k make sure scripting host 5.6 is installed, if rolling out with VB via scripts etc.
5. I found that manually entered dns suffixes were initially causing us a problem (this issue has been scripted out) 6.Make sure the main interface for searches i.e the vault server \ iis for EV is published in the local intranet.

From the client trace looks like a standard failure to download the item.  I would normally see this and sart to look for the DVS file on the EV Server to see if it still exists, and then work my way back.

I found what i was looking for.
 
The file does not exist any more. I can't find the DVS file even in CAB archives.

Supposedly SP2 will be out late july early august of this year, soon after EV 2007.
