Enterprise Vault 8.0.1 and user messages in Pending state

Hi all

I have Messagins System Exchange 2007 SP1 an stand-alone server (all prerequisites, OK ) with Enterprise Vault 8.0.1. I create test user mailbox with user messages. All setting and all Policy in EV Servers by default. Then i apply default mailbox policy in test mailbox my messages in mailbox to move in Pending state and i can`t see Shortcut to archived item :((( In EventLog everything OK. I wait several hours don`t change :((


Perhaps a can enable some settings in Enterprise Vault ?

Remove the archive bit from the savesets or use the IgnoreArchiveTrigger mechanism.

If its testing you can also just set the Vault Store not to retain safety copies.

I am solved this problem, I change in properties Express Vault Store in Remove safety copies in Immediatly after archive and all working :)

Do you understand the ramifications of not using a safety copy? 

If your lose your vault store to some catastrophe before it is backed up your recovery will be more involved whereas if you were using safety copies you could just cancel pending for those items.

I just want to make sure you understand the implications of what you have done.  You need to make sure your partitions are backed up properly.
