Hi
Enterprise Vault email archiving stopped working. It worked, but since 2 weeks no emails have been archived.
No error in the eventlogs. If I start it manually (run now) in report mode, the report says there are 8 items "ready to archive". If I start archiving manually in mode "Archiving and Shortcut processing" nothing happens.
I need Help!

Well first of all, what happens when you try and manually archive something from a mailbox?
But to check the backup modes, just go to the Vault Admin Console and right click on your Vault Stores container and you should have options to put the Vault Stores in to backup mode or out of backup mode

you can also click on the Vault Store Group container(s) below the main VSG object. This has a "Backup Mode" column to indicate.
