We just upgraded to Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 and when a couple people who are using Office 365's version of Outlook 2013.
They are saying the vault add-in is not working.
When they tried to uninstall and reinstall it, it showed a message that the enterprise vault cache extender was not installed properly.
They are on Windows 7
What is going on?
I haven't seen this error before?

Are there any plans to update this?
i have the latest 10.0.4 Cumulative update 2 installed now.

yes, the article says it will be addressed in EV11 and also provides a workaround for you to use in the meantime

I haven't been able to check but the people claim they were on 32 bit. not 64
