We have the Enterprise Vault add-on installed within Outlook 2010. we also have Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook client installed.
Based on some limited testing it would appear that there may be a conflict between these two add-ons; when both add-ons are installed, Outlook has a tendancy to freeze/hang, there's also an issue when trying to expand certain [outlook] folders.
When the EV add-on is not installed, this behaviour does not happen.
Does anyone know of any incompatibilities between these two add-ons?

sorry, there's no mention of Microsoft Dynamics in the EV compatibility guide. might want to open a ticket with MS to troubleshoot this.

Whats versions of EV are your running? EV server verison and client side version
