- I have issue attachment issue with outlook 2003 . - 10.0.3 version installed.
- Outlook 2007/2010/2013 users can download attachment from archived with Enterprise Vault but outlook 2003 users cant download attachment.
- When outlook 2003 users click archived mail " The attempt to connect to the server failed " error message warm!
- Outlook 2003 Users cant download attachment !
- Other warm message is " There was an error loading this item -- some functionality may not be available "
- Second symptom is when outlook 2003 users try to archived mail https://servername/enterprisevault on Outlook GUI they cant but If I change https to http
- They can see mails.
- There is an screenshot at the attachment on this
- Is there any solution to fix this issue ?

Dont suppose you can attach a client log with full tracing?

To view the Enterprise Vault client log file
In Outlook, press Ctrl and Shift and click one of the Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-In buttons.
In the Enterprise Vault Diagnostics dialog box, click Open Log.
You might need to increase the logging level, close Outlook and re-create the issue.

I did attach info log , error log , minimum trace log , maximum trace log , opened vault menu log files at this message.
