Enterprise Vault Tab Missing in Outlook 2010

After installing Enterprise Vault addin 11.1.3474 on client win 8.1 desktop, I dont see Enterprise vault tab in outlook. I dont know why this is happening ?

Allthough in add and remove programs it shows as installed, below is the screenshot:

Even in outlook it shows as enabled, below is the screen shot:

EV log gives below information in %temp%\ev_client_log_20150528154030:

Please let me know what Im supposed to do so that I can get Enterprise Vault tab in outlook client.

I dont have any access to Enterprise Vault server so I dont know if anything needs to be done from server side... Expecting your answer for this issue.

Look at the entry "28/05/2015 10:10/30:931...  User has never been enabled"

 

Until the user is enabled you won't see any tabs in Outlook.

Hi all, 

I have exactly the same problem. My user is activated, and I updated from Office 2013 to Office 2016.

After updating the Outlook Plugin to the newest Version the TAB is still not showing. 

What I tried so far:

- Remove and install again

- Check Regkeys

- Disable and re-enable the Plugin in Outlook

Nothing helped. 

Any ideas?

You could better open a new forum entry for this.

As per the compatibility guide for EV (from 30-10-2015) Outlook 2016 support for the EV11 client is P(ending)

You might need to call support.

Thanks for your answer!

I have two Notebooks, one is a clean install, and one is my work notebook. On the clean install notebook it is working fine, but not on the machine on which I upgraded Oultook 2013 to 2016. 

I also tried a new Outlook profile, but it did not work. I will try a clean user profile now, and keep you updated.
