The environment is EV8 SP4.
Does Enterprise Vault have support for archiving Microsoft Lync 2010 messages?
Thanks!

unfortunately i havent heard anything, ive seen this topic come up a number of times, and the default answer was always Symantec IM Manager but thats no longer produced or sold any more unfortunately, and the answer has been a third party solution such as Vantage, and i believe theres another one being developed but not sure

Looks like I have two options 1) Purchase Vantage and 2) Export from the Lync archive then archive by EV. Do you know anyone who has implemented option #2?
Thanks!

It looks like there are two recommended Enterprise Vault partners:

what product does Globanet have for Lync archiving?

The answers above are correct. Since IM Manager is no longer an option (and it didn't support Lync when it was an option) the two options are:
Actiance (formerly Facetime) Vantage - http://www.actiance.com/products/vantage.aspx
Globanet Merge1 - http://www.globanet.com/merge1

We use Globanet's Merge1 for archiving Bloomberg messages, and will soon be adding archiving for Lync using the same tool
