I am facing a strange problem that, My archived emails are not opening from outlook. if I click on view the archived item. there is no response. when i click "search vaults" then also no response. Manullay archive, restore, Vault Cache sync are workign from outlook. If i check from the browser url, archive explorer and mails are opening without any errors.
Stepts tried to resovle:
1. Uninstalled and Resintalled client
2. Reset EV client
3. Installed previous versions of EV client.
Our EV servers are 11.0.1
Outlook Cient :2016
EV client: 12.1.3

Same here, it is possible that the MS patches are part of a larger cumulative patch.
After putting the registry keys in place, the issue got resolved. Give it a try.
