Enterprise Vault does not work on webmail(inote)

we are using ev v.10 with domino 8.5.2,

the ev on lotus notes client looks fine, can store and restore message without any problem,

however in the inote, the ev only works on storing message,

when I restore the message it comes with an pop up in the brower, does not know what it means with a series of numbers.

do you guys know what is the problem?

First question, did you run EVInstall.nsf against the EVDG and user's home mail server with 'Modify Domino Web access Forms Files' option selected? This is necessary to add EV customizations to the Forms files that support iNotes operations, so as Jaj suggests, confirm that this config step has occurred by referring to your EVInstall.nsf log files, and also ensure that you have retsrated the HTTP task on these servers after running EVInstall.nsf so that the EV changes are enabled

Assuming the above config step has been correctly completed, then as per Advisor, we really need a screenshot or at least the wording of the error to start being able to give you some clues as to what may be wrong so please post that back here

Or do you have a support cas eopen already with this information included? If so, let us know the case number and we will ensure it is progressed accordingly

whats the error you get? Can you attach screenshot of the error.

I had some issue with DWA where we found clue in EVInstall.nsf logs..you might want to have look there on your gateway server
