Enterprise Vault open DVS archive

Where can i open a DVS archive from Enterprise Vault?

The element is a Exchange message vaulted in archive, the element is deleted because of his retention policy , but i have localized the archive in the folder, restoring from a backup, now I need to open but not in exchange because is not in the bbdd
