Enterprise Vault "Search Vaults" only works as administrator

Hello,
I am currently installing Office 2016 on a few Terminal Servers running Windows Server 2019 and I am not able to make Enterprise Vault 14.1.1 work. Everything in the menu works, exept the "Search Vaults" - Button. Pressing it doesn't do anything as a normal user. No error message or warning at all. When logged in as an administrator, everything works perfectly fine.

usually an access denied error.

Probably permissions or firewall.

Have you checked all requirements?

Thanks for your reply! I have only upgraded our machines from Office 2013 to Office 2016, though the error only affects Terminal Servers. On our clients with Windows 10, everything works flawlessly. Nevertheless, where can I find the requirements?

try the link you posted but open the pdf file, I find it much easier to follow. (right top corner > PDF Symbol)

Check if anything is missing.
