Enterprise Vault requires Active Server Pages (ASP) to be installed and enabled.

Hi

I am trying to Recover my EV Server to a new Server.

When I run the deployment scanner on my new Server I get this error, however unfortunately the URL no longer is valid

Active Server Pages (ASP)
Back To Top Failed
Enterprise Vault requires Active Server Pages (ASP) to be installed and enabled. Please refer to http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH49099

My Server is running SERVER 2012. EV is version 10

As far as I can see ASP is installed and enabled.

Can anyone advise?

I believe some role features are missing under IIS. Did you try to use the option prepare system from the setup wizard? It would check all required roles features and install from powershell commands.

Check this: https://www.veritas.com/community/forums/install-ev-prerequisites-windows-2008-server-manager-comman...

Using the setup wizard with 'prepare my system'  will do same.
