Enterprise Vault search not working

Hi,

We are using Enterprise Vault 10 also able to search archive mails but not able to search customize mails. We can see the mails but cannot open

Can you confirm the user's have permission to the archive where the customized email reside?

How are you searching?  What error do you see?  How are they customized?
