Hi,

We currently use Enterprise Vault to archive email at Lotus Domino. We are scheduele the archive on every day and using the Blackberry for checking the email. When we check the inbox on the desktop, it displays the archive icon. But how can we confirm on the Blackberry mobile devices?

Thanks

If it's anything like the exchange implementation, custom forms/message classes won't be sync'd to a blackberry, and even if it did, it wouldn't be able to open the item like you would via Outlook or Notes

Hi,

You can use Mobile search to check whether you are able to find latest archived email in the search.

You can refer :

Reading the messages that are archived on a Mobile device will only work if you leave the body intact and shortcut the attachment. The Blackberry can not retrieve the message from the EV Gateway server or correctly follow the link to launch the message once it is restored on the EV Domino Gateway server.

Also if you forward a message from a handheld it will not be correctly restored and the recipient will have a message that has attachments that can not be opened by them.

The Archive icon will not show up on a Blackberry without a custom form on the device to show that a message is archived.

I don't believe Mobile search is supported on Lotus Domino archives. It states in the .pdf, Microsoft Exchange archives" can be searched.
