Enterprise Vault v8.0 - User archive folders don't display in archive Explorer

I have one user who is unable to view her archive in archive explorer, but she is able to search her vaults. I have also given myself permissions to her archive and have the same problem. I can only see 3 e-mails and no sub folders.

I have checked all the permissions in Permission browser and they all look fine. I have done the obvious refresh and also syncronized her mailbox also to include Folder Hierarchey and permissions but still cant see any sub folders..

If anyone has any ideas what could be causing this that would be appreciated.
