I have EV server 8.0 sp1 with Exchange 2007 sp1, i import 3 PST files to archive, the user was not able to open some Emails, he receive Error:
Cannot download the archive item from http://archiveserver/.....................
CDownloadSTA::Makecallback : DoDownload 0x80004005
CDownloadSTA::Makecallback : ptr->cALLBACK 0X800401F3
Invalid class string
I have checked his archive, i found the index status failed, i tried to rebuild it but still failed.
How i can resolve this issue.
