Hello ,

My qust . How to design soultion for Enterpise Vault :

I have 2 exchnage 2010 Mail box

2 Hub and cas 

4 active database

total number of user 5000 .

total  data base sieze 1 TB .

the qustion Is how many EV server I need .

Or if any best practics design for ev .

There are tools and documents on the partnernet that you should look through Unfortunately over the forums it's difficult to give you an accurate picture based on lack of information, such as quota levels, legal requirements, storage that would be available, user experience etc

Your best option would be having a certified consultant or partner visiting your office to analyze your environment. There are several components that needs to be taken in consideration in order to design an optimal Enterprise Vault environment.

There are some documents that might help with best practices for optimal settings and indexing design:

However, for questions such as how many EV servers do you need, it would be better to have someone on site.
