Enterprise Vaults 8 SP2 Cluster. I have to failover cluster every few days to be able to open archives

I'm running EV SP2 on Windows 2003 ENT SP2 in a two node cluster.  I have to fail over my cluster every few days, so I can open archives again.  Once it fails over to the passive node I'm able to open files again.  I have to reboot the server experiencing the issue, so if it happens again I will be able to fail it back and be able to open archived files and archived emails.

So my first thing to look at when this is happening is what is going on with the S: drive, as it looks like the EV server is losing connectivity to it.
