Sounds like this issue: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100027396.html  Did it just start happening?

Problem

Trying to view an archived email and getting "Could not process the selected items.  Reason: The server's SSL certificate has expired".

Solution

1. Open IIS and select the Default Web Site.

2. Under the Actions Panel, click on Bindings.

3. On the Site Bindings window, select "Type" https and Edit.

4. Under SSL Certificate, confirm that the correct name for the EV Server is selected.
