Enterprise vault client 12.2.3 (1154) is not working with MAC Office Outlook 2016 Ver16.13 (1180513)

Hi Team,

I updated my MAC outlook 2016 yesterday to version 16.13 (1180513). After that I am able to login my EV tool bar, but when i select any archvied mail and click on View. the email is not opening as normal. 

Any suggestions?

Hi mate,

I believe that Outlook 2016 build 16.13 (1180513) is not supported. Support for 16.9.0 was introduced in EV 12.2.3 in January. See this technote: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100041617

There is no clear indication about the supported build number in the compatibility matrix. 

I suggest logging a case with Support to see if there is any fix for this.

Yes. I am using the same EV client 12.2.3 1154 and my outlook was working till  yesterday. this issue started after I updated the outlook to 16.13

Hi Nazir, I suggest logging a case with Veritas support to verify the compatibility.

Did you find a fix for this?  What EV client version do you need for Outlook version 16.16.20?
