Error 6181 and 2776

I've been seeing these in our ev server

Error 6181
Error Sending SaveSet to Storage Server

What version of EV are you running

Is this related to FSA or to Journaling?

The reason i ask is the this is a known issues on EV 2007 and Symantec has said that the fix is to upgrade to 2008.

In our case the issue is showing for Journaling but i do know it has also been seen on FSA runs

I'm running ev 7.5sp4

it's seems to be for the user mailbox not journalling and we are not running fsa.

I think it's something with her offline vault cache

I've started a rebuild on her index and found 2 warning so far Error 7289
