Error: An Exception occurred in routine %1 (While disabling mailbox)

EV 2007

I am trying to disable a mailbox so it isn't auto-enabled by our provisioning policy. It was moved from one Exchange server to another about 30 minutes ago. The provisioning task picked it up fine. When I ran the disable mailbox task I got a popup which stated;

"An error occurred disabling the mailbox.

Error: An exception occurred in routine %1"


Event log shows the following...

When I clicked on the link, the Symantec page I got was.

Well, I tried again just now and it worked. Some sort of replication delay I guess.

Hi,

I am getting the same error as Brian though I am recieving the "Error: An exception occurred in routine %1" error while I try to enable a mailbox. The rosetta link is not very helpful except that there might be a problem with permissions.

The user I'm trying to enable recently was moved to Exchange 2007 and I am running EV 8.0. I have tried recreating the provisioning group and recreating the archiving task though still no go.

Any ideas or is it just a matter of time like Brian's scenario?

Could you double-check the service account permissions on the Exchange 2007? http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/292369.htm Are other user's working on the 2007 Server? Cheers
