I am seeing a problem every time a customer opens outlook. They receive a 'Outlook Data File" error that the file "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\EnterpriseVault\EV139FC.temp" cannot be found.
I do not see any event log errors and cannot find the file anyone on the system.
Has anyone seen this before or know a way to stop it?

This may be related to Outlook restriction for PST creation/growth set by the Exchange admin.
You may need to set PSTDisableGrow and PSTDisableGrowAllowAuthenticodeOverrides registry keys to fix the problem. Have a look on this forum post: http://thingsilearnedtoday.net/2011/01/12/pstdisablegrow-and-the-enterprise-vault-outlook-addin-9-0-...
