Error while trying to open an archived file

Hi,

3-4 days after a reboot on the file server, while trying to open an archived file from the file server I get this error:

Event Type:    Error
Event Source:    Enterprise Vault
Event Category:    File Placeholder Service
Event ID:    20491
Date:        18/11/2008
Time:        10:35:56 πμ
User:        N/A
Computer:    FILESERVER
Description:
Error downloading file: \\?\D:\tech\Library\Utils\HDD-CD-DVD-FDD-TAPE\HDD\easyrecovery512\EasyRecovery Professional\fo-erp63.exe, Url: http://kvs-rep.performance.gr/EnterpriseVault/download.asp?VaultID=161D9FC7B9778C149A3D763A47ABFCFBB...~200302051153180000~0~315BB7C895894F7393BC2A7C67D2141&Request=NativeItem&EVHeaders=1
Error Not enough storage is available to process this command.  [0x80070008]

The result is that it cannot open the file. In the Internet Explorer's Intranet trusted sites , I have specified the fileserver (NetBios & FQDN). If I restart the Placeholder Service , the problem still remains. If I reboot the File Server, everything works fine for 3-4 days. I have plenty of free space in  both Vault Store and File Server.

Any ideas?

Hiya,

"Error Not enough storage is available to process this command.  [0x80070008]"

This is an out of memory error - what does the memory usage look like on the server when this problem occurs? Are any of the processes parcticularly large in terms of memory usage?
