EvFsaSyncTask.exe crash / event id 40966

Dear all,

I'm experiencing a strange error, have anone seen this before?

Event ID 40966 is thrown caused by the FSA synchronisation task and with an exception error.

Configuration is EV v9.04 with FSA archiving a NetApp and placeholders. Vault is on local storage / NTFS.

have you been able to address this yet? do you have any other event IDs that correspond to the 40966? this is the closest thing i could find for you without having any more info.

Event 40966 may occur during the Enterprise Vault (EV) File System Archiving (FSA) run with checkpointing enabled.
