Evault 10, Find out if a mailbox is archived

Simple Question. Using the EVault 10 admin console, how can i find a mailboxes archive? I expected to see a search box or something when looking at: EV >> Archives >> Exchange Mailboxes >> Groups of archived mailboxes.

Thanks,

Robert

Hi ya,

So the only Find I know about is if you have the archive id: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000028289

What you can do is start typing in the Archive info screen.

Apart from the way what Tony has suggested (where Vault Entry ID is required), there is another way to check if your mailbox has ben archived (with an assigned policy or not). In the VAC, go to your "Site". When you click on your site, in the right-hand pane, you will see some options. Expand "Mailbox management" and choose "Display policies assigned to mailboxes". See below in the picture. When you open the dialogue box, it will give you the option to type the mailbox name. In result pane below, it will give you all the enabled mailboxes having that name string, along with other details like associated policies:

 Hope this helps.

You can also do an sql query to get archives corresponding to mailboxes.
