Evault Upgrade

We are using Office 2007 and are planning to upgrade to office 2013 soon. we use Evault outlook addin which is version 9.0.2.1061

Do we need to upgrade addin in order to upgrade outlook to 2013? Also, if we upgrade addin do we need to upgrade the evault backend as well?

Looks like you'll have to upgrade your client add-in to V10+.   As far as the backend, EV the EV10 client is compatible with the EV9 servers, but I would recommend upgrading for a variety of reasons.  Each version has some very desirable features that you would benefit from.

Thanks WiTSend. Can you also provide instructions to upgrade evault server from v9 to v10 or 10+?

there is a document called Upgrade_Instructions.pdf taht comes with EV10. you'll find it included in the ISO with the install files.
