Event 2856, 6502, 6952 and 3360 - Task incorrectly deleted before completing work

Hi there,

Got an EV11 problem regarding a deleted journaling task. Eventlog states the following.

Failed to find configuration information for the Journaling Agent in the Directory Service on computer EV-1
 This could be because the Task was deleted before completing all its outstanding work.
 Task entry id: 1528B92D62CDC454681874EE904ECA4ED1011y00EV

Article: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000032332   refers to support, support is eol ofr EV 11 :(

It seems like that the task is deleted prior backing up all elements.

Hey there, 

Check the MSMQ, you may have some items for this old task.  If so, try purging those since the task is deleted. There might be some emails stuck in pending state in the journal mailbox that you would need to Cancel Operation on.

I deleted already the old queues refering to the old exchange server.

Were they all empty when you deleted them? :)
