Event 4216- Local System User is not in a role

Hello together,

a customers receive many event 4216 error messages:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Enterprise Vault 
Event Category: Task Controller Service 
Event ID: 4216
Description:
Access denied. User is not in a role that allows 'Can manage Enterprise Vault Exchange Mailbox tasks'.
User: 'NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM'

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Enterprise Vault

Event ID: 4216
Description:
Access denied. User is not in a role that allows 'Can manage Enterprise Vault Exchange Public Folder tasks'.

We added the local system user as power administrator and the event messages are gone.

Is there an impact performing this?

Hi Lucas,

No impact. I also have had that, and the easiest solution was to do the same as you did. I tried to figure out where it came from, and it turned out to be the client backup service (from NBU I believe) which was running under system
