Event ID 41291- Days since Exchange mailboxes scanned for new items

It is more than 2 days since any archive-enabled mailboxes on Exchange Server 'MB02' were scanned for new archive eligible items.
 
Date of last scan: 4/7/2012 4:26 PM
 
 
Mail is not being archived from the mailboxes. There is likely to be a build up of unarchived mail that will increase the mailbox sizes. The unarchived mail is not available to discovery applications.
 
The problem is most likely to be that Enterprise Vault cannot access Exchange Server.
 
 
when i checked the moved item update summery report i can only last 07-ARP-2011 after that no report. why is that...

under Vault Store group Express Vault store was backup mode. that's why mails was not archived.

after clear the backup mode it start archive the mail.

Sounds to me like there aren't any enabled mailboxes left on that server It could also be that the task doesn't have a schedule or it's been left in report mode or that it throws errors when it attempts to run It you try and synchronize a mailbox through he task, are any users listed? Do they synchronize correctly)

all the mailboxes are enable.. when check the Target --Exchange --ebable mailboxes i cannot find any maibloxes. it means everything is enable.

our schedule run daily 4:00 PM, but now since last week i cannot find the output summery report.

If i select the exchange mail provisioning Task run i can generate the report.

Well just because no mailboxes are shown in the enable mailbox wizard doesn't mean that all the mailboxes are enabled For instance if no mailboxes are on that server anymore then it will never show any Can you synchronize a mailbox through the task?

Can you manually archiving the items in MB02? Is this quota or age based archving? What happens when you run now on the archive task? Archive task is not in report mode right?

when i run the manual synchronic it's start runnin ghe sync.

why i'm not getting the movedupdatesummeryitem report? normaly after finished the synchronic i will check the report. now i'm not getting the report as well

Can you manually synch a single mailbox?

and the moved items report shouldn't be generated until an archiving run takes place, not a synchronization

Better yet, can you do a manual archive of one mailbox in normal mode?

Archiving is good but the reason I say synchronize individually is it will come back and tell you whether it successfully synchronized or not, where if you do a manual archiving run it just shoves it in to the A3 queue and you are only told that it was successfully queued and not successfully run

You should have seen this warning in System Status too

 

41257 One or more Vault Stores is in backup mode.
