Event ID 6287 - Unable to fetch item

Hello,

I get the error below a lot during the day on my EV server and am wondering if I have an issue or need to check something to fix it. The Vault ID changes so it isn't the same vault all the time.

Unable to fetch item from "xxxxxx.acme.com", if an HSM is being used check that it is running

What version of EV and what do you use for storage? (NTFS, NetApp, Centera...)

EV Version = 5.0 SP3
Storage = Local NTFS drive

There was a hotfix for that, or you could upgrade to the latest release, as that has it in it as well. :)

I'm actually planning an upgrade to 6.0.2 this Wednesday so I guess I don't need to worry about it.
