Event ID 6419, Storage Restore Warnings

I am getting flooded with these events:

Event Source: Enterprise Vault
Event Category: Storage Restore
Event ID: 6419
Date:  1/26/2009

Computer: REGVAULT
Description:
MSMQ negative acknowledgment message(s) have been handled.
Queue:.\private$\Enterprise Vault Restore Spool Admin Queue
Reason: Time to receive has expired, while the message is in the queue

Can't seem to locate any info on it yet. Running EV 2007 SP4 with SQl 2005 SP2.

The cause of this warning is that a message is stuck in the Entperise Vault Restore Spool Admin Queue.

To resolve stop the Enteprise Vault Services, purge the MSMQ queue mentioned and restart the services.

I have the exact same problem, but the the MSMQ queue does not have any messages. My A1 queue in private queues has over 110000 messages .
Any ideas on how to sort this out...

Is the queue decreasing, or just increasing?

The queue is staying the same size.
I have just noticed something after an unexpected reboot. EV2007  is clustered,  now after it has failed over to the other server. There are no queues present on the new node( nothing at all under message queueing ), but it is still generating the event errors. The failed node still has the message queues
Damn I am really confused now

Big thanks to Frank from the Symantec UK support team. MSMQ queues were in a  right mess. He sorted it out and gave a very good explanation as to what was happening in my environment
