Symantec Event Database says the following:
This is logged when there is a problem retrieving an item from Enterprise Vault. The cause could be incorrect permissions or there could be a problem with accessing items on the storage device.
Check for other events that may have been logged.
BUT I can not find any other errors. So I can not see any additional information.All I know is that this errors mean some users can not access their archived items. Restart of KVS servers helps, but after 2-3 days the number of such errors start to grow. Has anyone idea how to solve this permanently?
