Export Archives failure

Trying to export a large number of users from EV6 sp4. By opening the VAC, right-clicking on Archives and selecting "Export to their origional mailboxes".

Over 800 worked fine but have 200 left that all fail.

Export fails with the following useful(!) description:

Time: 09:47:56
 Export of archive John Addams failed.
 Reason: Unspecified error encountered during export operation. Please check the event log

An exception has occurred.
 [Internal reference CMailboxHandler/GE2kUQV/ce]

Export Archive Report
 
Export status: Incomplete

Processing aborted due to an unrecoverable error. 
 
I can export the same mailbox to PST with no problem so I am a bit stumped as to why it won't just do this bunch.

Any help on that error much appreciated.

Hi,

EV is attempting to read mailbox quota values for these users to check that they have enough space available to move the shortcuts into the users mailbox.

Perhaps there is something different about these users in that respect compared to the others?

Hi,

Worth a look so I have just moved one of the mailboxes to a new store that has no limits.

Still get the same error sadly, but now I also have another associated error so hope it might help.

I have checked in EV and Exch and ev.archive has full rights to mailbox and archive.
