In EV11, how do I export BCC filed in PST? Somehow only HTML version displays BCC but not PST.

Are you doing this from a journal archive?
third parties, like archiveshuttle, can use the EV API to get the p1 and p2 message out of EV and that contains what you need. I don't think you can do it with native export.
