Hi Team,

Im trying to assingn a PST export and enable archive  delegation to help desk team.

For this operation created one  account and provided only PST administrator and Messaging Administrator role.

After this the helpdesk team is able to execute this operation from Vault Admin Console both archive enable and PST export.

However when they try  to export via EV shell they get the below error. very Strange

Hi,

i´ve had a similar topic a while ago: https://vox.veritas.com/t5/Enterprise-Vault/PST-Migrate-Wizard-don-t-use-the-right-user/m-p/823272#M...

The topic was importing - but i think it will be the same as exporting... The Shell Commands seem to work in the VSA account only and there is no way to impersonate this.
