I have EV 10 installed, and with journal archive enabled. All mails being out or in are archived. So if one user lost many mail. Could we export the lost mail to the user's mailbox from archive, and how to do?

Technically, yes you could. You would need to export it to PST and then give the PST to the user. You can edit the WebApp.ini to allow the RestoreToPSTOption.
One caution, this is not designed for mass searching and exports, so as long as the criteria is specific it should be ok.
Also if it was just one item from the WebApp search you could just click the View Whole Item button and save the mail as an .msg and send it to them that way.
