Export to PST fails with Event IDs 6794 and 6769

Hi,

Working on EV 10.0.4 in a clustered environment.

Trying to Export a user's archive to a PST. There are about 8000+ items. In the first attempt was able to export only 778 items. Now out of 7000+ items the wizard shows the export of 80 and then fails.

In the Event Viewer I find two sets of events; Event ID 6794

I want to know if there is a way of having the Export Wizard to go past the "problem" saveset and complete the process of Exporting.

I have the Dtrace of the Migrator Server. I can upload if required.

Is it just an export to PST ? - OR - Export to PST + delete from archive after export?

It is Export to PST + delete from archive after export?

But it was due to less drive space in the Drive hosting the Archives.

Moved the Indexing Locations from that drive on to another location.

Post that the the exports were successful and complete.

Thanks Rahul for sharing the technote. I did not have to use it as it seemed to be an issue with drive space on one of the disks hosting the Archives/Vault Stores Partitions.

The refernce code Reference: RS/DI in conjunction with the RS/DI means the items are being prevented from deletion after export. This might occur due to retention/site settings/archive settings set for the item or due to legal hold on items. Refer - https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000021288

In your case it is due to lack of disk space.
