Export to text from EV

Hello,

We have Enterprise Vault for Exchange implemented. A user has thousands of emails in a subfolder archived and wants only these emails in subfolder to export to a text file. Only way I know how to do this is to restore archived emails back to Exchange and from Outlook export as text.

Is there a way I can export these emails to text file directly from Vault?

We are running EV 10.0.1 and Exchange 2010 SP2 with latest UR applied.

you can use the export to pst wizard from the vault console to export just the subfolder that you need. then do your text conversion with outlook

That worked, and from Outlook, I was able to select all emails and save as text in single file.
