Exporting achived email

We have occasional requests to export all previously archived email from enterprise vault into a .pst file so that a user who leaves an organization to another departmental group which does not have our vaulting solution could take the mailbox content with them. The requests do not come often, we might have a dozen or so per several months but when such request comes for a user having 100k items in their mailbox - this is a daunting task to complete for vault administrator. Aside archive explorer, web search basket or a plain extraction from offline vault back to mailbox - is there an alternative solution? Purchasing a discovery accelerator for a few thousand of vaulted users For occasional requests like this might not be a cost-effective solution. Is there an evpm or another API which could assist in automating mailbox extraction task when we need all the items in it without any discovery searches or access control? Thank you.

Open the Vault Admin Console, right click "Archives" and go to Export, you can then export the entire archive to a PST file and keep the users folder structure intact

Not really. What you're looking for requires a specialized tool such as TransVault to mass migrate the archives into another system. For a multitude of reasons, you don't want to be manually migrating to PST files and then trying to import manually into another archiving system.
