FSA File server target and Netbackup backup hung issue

Hi,

We are been facing some problems with file server (File server is FSA target, New deployment of EV 10.0.1 - no legacy plkaceholder) where the backups were found hung and restarting the server resolved the issue. We are using NetBackup accelerator that uses journaling to identify what files has changed and needs backing up. Can anyone please confirm whether FSA software also uses journaling and what level of impact directly or indirectly can it have on the journaling?

Is there any workaround solution to this issue please?

I think you best option here is to open a support ticket with the Netbackup team and get clarification from them what the best practice is.
